In Xerta (Tarragona), we present this unique hotel, blending Modernist and colonial styles, which is currently in operation and holds a valid hotel license. It is a listed property, considered one of the most representative examples of Modernism in the area, and it retains much of its original architectural and decorative elements.

The property is spread over three floors:

Ground floor: an elegant entrance hall, a library, two dining rooms—one with a fireplace—a bar, a professional kitchen, guest restrooms, and direct access to the garden with a pool, creating an ideal atmosphere for relaxation and dining.

First floor: seven bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, as well as a spacious living room with a piano. Approximately 70% of the furnishings are original, and the home retains numerous period features, such as high ceilings, woodwork, and decorative details that enhance its heritage value.
