Very nice house, with a spectacular garden, not so much for its size, but for how it is designed. Between Tiana and Montgat, very close to the Municipal Market of Montgat, access to the beach in five minutes. It has an area behind the house with terrace, storage room, pool, and possibility of putting an outside lift.
At the foot of the street we find a large living room, bedroom, bathroom and a complete kitchen that communicates with the space of the pool and barbecue. On the first floor we have the day area, to highlight a large dining room, and on the first floor the night area. The whole house is exterior, with lots of light and sun. The conservation is excellent, the spaces of the rooms and bathrooms, very spacious and the finishes of high quality. The details are very careful to the last corner.
