Job description
You will be responsible for the acquisition of properties in your area and the attention to buyers or rental clients assigned to you by your Director.
Specific functions to be carried out in the priority area of Castelldefels.
• Know all the properties in the PremiumHouses portfolio and review them periodically.
• Search for and incorporate new properties that may be of interest to the portfolio.
• Continuous attention and follow-up of the owners and awarded buyer clients.
• Coordinating, carrying out and documenting all committed visits.
• Negotiation and closing of operations, with the support of your Director.
• Registration of all operations and documentation generated in our database.
Requirements
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to share and work as part of a team.
• Demonstrable commercial skills.
• To have a good command of a language. Preferably English.
• Have your own vehicle.
• Fluency in the most common office packages and computer programs.
