Catalan manor house, built in 1889 by a wealthy Barcelona industrialist as a family summer home. In 1939, an Alsatian industrialist acquired it and rehabilitated it, respecting the standards and uses of Catalan country houses while introducing unmistakable French-style decorative details that can still be seen today in the different rooms of the house.

The house consists of 720 m2 divided into 12 rooms distributed over three floors, plus two side galleries with double-glazed enclosures, with possible use as an indoor dining room or recreational room, warehouse, garage and a cellar excavated in the rock. The three large bedrooms have access to a full suite-style bathroom while the medium ones have their own bathroom/toilet in the room.

The ground floor consists of a spacious hall dominated by a large glazed arched entrance door from which you can access a library decorated with neoclassical frescoes, the living-dining room, the kitchen, the office and other service rooms, a guest bedroom and access staircase to the upper floors.
